In the era of digital transformation, the Chattogram District Commissioner’s Office is spearheading an innovative initiative with the development of a Smart Licensing Web-based Online App. This forward-thinking application is designed to streamline and modernize the licensing processes, fostering efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for both citizens and government officials. We are developing this web-based software solution. We have integrated the Ekpay (a2i) payment gateway to facilitate the payment of VAT and Income Tax, in a single-user transaction. A user can perform the following types of licenses, registrations, and renewals in different sectors:
