E-Commerce Solution
Overview
We developed a web-based application and mobile platform for Grameen Shakti, one of the world’s leading social enterprises founded by Nobel laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. The project aimed to support their mission of improving “Access to Energy” for rural communities in Bangladesh while promoting socio-economic development, women’s empowerment, green job creation, and sustainable energy adoption.
Problem and Solutions
Problem: Grameen Shakti needed a modern, responsive, and easy-to-manage digital platform to communicate its initiatives, share news and updates, and engage with the public, including job seekers. Their existing tools lacked integration, ease of updates, and mobile accessibility.
Solution: We designed and developed a fully responsive website and mobile application with centralized dashboard control. It supports media publishing, job postings, and application submissions while ensuring easy updates to news and social content. The design focuses on accessibility and scalability, ensuring the organization can manage content efficiently without technical barriers.
Development Tools and Technology Stack
We used robust, scalable, and secure technologies to deliver high performance and easy maintainability.
Backend: Node.js for API development and server-side logic.
Frontend (Web): React.js for an interactive and responsive UI.
Mobile App: React Native for cross-platform Android and iOS compatibility.
Database: MongoDB for flexible and scalable data storage.
The system also includes role-based access control, SEO optimization, and secure data handling to protect user and organizational information.
Results and Impact
The new platform improved Grameen Shakti’s digital outreach, enabling real-time updates to news and social media content, streamlined job application management, and better user engagement across devices. The responsive design ensures accessibility for both urban and rural audiences, increasing reach and impact. With dashboard control, content management now takes significantly less time and effort.

This project empowered Grameen Shakti with a modern digital platform that aligns with its mission of sustainable energy and community development. By combining responsive design, centralized management, and mobile accessibility, we provided a solution that enhances their ability to communicate, recruit, and engage with stakeholders efficiently.
